Gianfranco Bottazzi

Dopo la laurea in Statistica e Scienze Demografiche presso l’Università di Roma e un Master in Sociologia e Ricerca Sociale all’Università di Roma, ha scelto la Carriera Universitaria. E ‘stato professore in numerosi Istituti dell’Università di Cagliari, direttore dell’Istituto di “Scienze Politiche” e direttore del Dipartimento di Scienze Sociali. Ha svolto una intensa e vasta attività di ricerca e di consulenza, pubblicando numerosi lavori, articoli e volumi . E ‘stato consulente in svariati ed importanti progetti della Pubblica Amministrazione e membro di diverse Istituzioni Pubbliche. Per cinque anni, è stato Presidente della SFIRS, la società finanziaria della “Regione Autonoma della Sardegna”.

Il nuovo libro di Gianfranco Bottazzi: “E l'isola va. La Sardegna nella seconda modernizzazione” (Il Maestrale). Il volume fa il punto sull'economia dell'isola in un periodo particolarmente difficile e contraddittorio.

Christian Raimo - TEDxBari

School is the space where to imagine a better society, which we do not yet know: this is why it is important to rethink the school not as a place for learning and evaluation, but as a place to exercise equality and resist the ideologies of individualism, competition and of violence. Christian Raimo is an Italian writer, journalist and high school teacher. He is a contributor for the magazine Internazionale and he teaches at Rome’s Liceo classico "Dante Alighieri". In 2017 he published the essay “Tutti i banchi sono uguali” (“All school desks are equal”), published by Einaudi, where he addresses the issue of equality in public school and, in perspective, in the world of labor. A few months ago he wrote the book "I am 16 years old and I am a fascist - An investigation on kids and the extreme right", published by Piemme. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
